By continuing to voluntarily submit Modern Slavery Statements and continuously improving our practices we are playing our part in upholding human rights and eradicating modern slavery.

Over the reporting period, we have made several improvements to modern slavery risk assessment capabilities in our business. These include:

• Integrated modern slavery risk within our environmental, social and governance (ESG) risk framework.
• Developed an in-house due diligence tool
• Implemented a supplier onboarding questionnaire to screen for modern slavery risks for all our new suppliers.
• Assessed and strengthened our policies, and
• 229 of our employees completed modern slavery identification & prevention
